Quick proof! Before we go to press, we'll fax a proof of your Custom MediTape Report for your review. MediTape Options In addition to the design of your MediTape Reports, be sure to specify the following options, as well as any special formats described in How to order MediTape Reports. Sizes (choice of 7) MediTape Reports come in three widths of varying lengths. Narrow "Triples" (3/4" wide, three Reports across, each 2 5/16" long) Narrow "Doubles" (3/4" wide, two Reports across, each 3 9/16" long) Narrow (3/4" wide, one Report across, 7 1/4" long -- Standard) Wide "Doubles" (1 1/2" wide, two Reports across, each 3 9/16" long) Wide (1 1/2" wide, one Report across, 7 1/4" long -- Standard) Jumbo "Doubles" (2 1/2" wide, two Reports across, each 3 9/16" long) Jumbo (2 1/2" wide, one Report across, 7 1/4" long -- Standard) Exception: The Dial-Log Telephone Message Reports come 6" long (Blue border only). Border Colors (choice of 5) Blue, Red, Green, Yellow, and Black Logos We can include your logo in black ink, if space allows. Perforations Standard choices are Bisected (divided in half with one vertical perforation) and Trisected (divided in thirds with two vertical perforations).
